Frequently Asked Questions
We have an innovative way for your organization to raise support funds, through your athletes selling premium trading cards of themselves. Instead of selling candy bars, cookies, or attending brat fry’s, each athlete receives an allotment of their own personal trading cards. They then sell those cards to family, friends, and surrounding community.
As an organization, you decide which package you’d like your athletes to sell. Our Classic package has standard base cards. Our Collector package has those standard base cards, but also higher end inserts like holographic cards, and autographs which can be sold for more than the base cards.
Your organization will also designate a team coordinator to be in charge of the order. That coordinator will gather information like the athletes names, numbers, team logo, and the photos that will be used to create the cards. We have a “best practices” sheet that will help you with the information needed and photo requirements. Many organizations and teams now do a Media Day and those photos are generally great to use!
The coordinator will submit the athlete info and photos to us upon placing your order. We will then get in touch with the coordinator if we have any questions, create all the cards, and ship together to the coordinator.
Upon receiving, the coordinator will distribute to your athletes for them to sell. We will include a small pamphlet in each athletes order showing what the suggested sales prices are for each card. After selling the cards, the athletes/family give the funds directly to your organization!
Lastly, before placing your order, your organization has two options to purchase the packages. You can either pay for all your athletes packages in one transaction and have them return the fundraiser funds to you. Or you can have the families purchase the package themselves, and once they recoup their package cost, they give the fundraiser profits to you.
Either individual families or the organization can purchase the packages. The coordinator selects the preferred payment option during registration.
You as the organization decide that. We can accommodate different participation levels, subject to any minimum team order requirements that are established.
Yes. Athlete design preferences can be collected as part of the team’s ordering process.
Our illustrated targets are $150 per athlete with Classic or $220 with Collector when all included cards are resold at suggested prices. Actual earnings vary.
The resale prices are suggestions, however they are what team have had the most success with as the reselling structure is simple. Standard cards $10, holographic cards $20, autograph cards $30. Teams can choose their own prices, understanding that doing so changes their fundraising profit.
Completed team packages are consolidated and shipped in one box to the team coordinator for distribution.
Turnaround time will depend on roster size, photo submissions, final approvals, and production scheduling. We’ll provide an estimated delivery timeline before ordering.
The organization will submit the photos to us upon ordering.
We have a best practices guide to guide you through the photo process, found at the link here. Additionally our designs were created with specific photos in mind…
Action design typically features a full action photo of live gameplay.
Generation Next typically features a posed static image of the athlete
The Electrified features either a full action or posed photo where we can make a clean cutout of the athlete to insert on the card background.
The Signature Series autograph typically features a posed image of the athlete.
If you have a media day, or professional photographer, usually these photos work best as they are sharp, and high resolution.
